Because some items can be heavy and oversized, truck freight may be required. Our job is to find the best shipping rate to deliver goods to our customers. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for freight quotes. Be sure to provide item number, quantity and destination (CITY-STATE-ZIP).
Our return policy:
If within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you may return any item for a full refund (shipping & handling fees are non-refundable). Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. A 15% re-stocking fee may apply for bulk orders. Please contact our customer service for return authorization.
Shipping Damage:
